| Stoves and oven are the tools with
which we cook. A good stove, a good oven, with even heating, without hotspots, will
go a long way in making cooking easier and better.
OVENS AND STOVE TOPS If you can afford the high end, then by all means, this is a great investment. We recommend Wolf ovens and ranges for all cooking needs. These are truly professional-quality. Viking is another American-made line, and while good, they probably do not quite perform up to Wolf standards. The advantage to Viking is that many home builders offer the line as an upgrade. On a lower cost level, we have bene quite pleased with Electrolux. For a very reasonable price point, they offer superb performance.
